Roberta Tondelli, a talented artist from Torre del Greco, returns to captivate listeners with her latest single, “Canzone di Laura”. This reimagined version of a 1992 classic from Fabio Concato’s album In viaggio, with lyrics by the legendary Pino Daniele, marks the fifth release from her latest album, Tutta ‘a vita affacciata all’ammore, now available on all digital platforms.
A project to honor neapolitan music
“I wanted to reinterpret this song to pay tribute to two authors I deeply admire while continuing my mission to highlight Neapolitan music,” explains Roberta Tondelli. This project underscores her dedication to cultural roots and her passion for Italian musical tradition.
The arrangement was crafted by maestro Mauro Spenillo, who also performed on piano and keyboards, alongside a stellar ensemble of musicians: Vincenzo Battaglia on guitar, Corrado Calignano on bass, Mario Romeo on drums, and Gianfranco Campagnoli on flugelhorn. The production was managed by SM Project, with a visually stunning music video shot in Naples, directed by Alessandro Freschi.

From a young age, Roberta Tondelli discovered her passion for music. She participated in the Festival di Castrocaro in 2013 and released her debut album, Canterò… per chi mi vuole ascoltare, in 2017. Her career has since flourished, with highlights including her performance at the Festival di Napoli 2018 with the original song Femmena and numerous live shows across Campania.
Her most recent album, Tutta ‘a vita affacciata all’ammore, released in January 2024, features eleven tracks blending original songs and covers, showcasing her deep love for music and her cultural heritage.
