With €38.6 million in revenues, up 24%, the Italian retail channel remains central to the company’s strategy, strengthening its position as a leading brand in large-scale distribution. The consumer connection is key, in line with the mission to make coffee a daily ritual.

Horeca and Vergnano Academy: experience and education

The Horeca Italy segment generated €42 million (+8%) and represents the heart of the brand’s direct customer experience. With a network of over 7,000 bars and restaurants, the door-to-door model fosters personal relationships.
