
Tivoli police arrest 59-year-old for drug dealing
On November 28, 2024, officers from the Tivoli – Guidonia Police Station arrested a 59-year-old man, S.E., with a criminal record, for drug possession and dealing.
Cocaine, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia seized
During a search at the suspect’s home, located in a central area of Tivoli, police seized:
- 128 grams of cocaine
- 16 grams of marijuana
- Packaging materials, including bags, precision scales, knives, and cutters with drug residues
- 3 mobile phones
- €2,795 in cash, suspected to be proceeds from drug dealing
The man was arrested in flagrante delicto and placed under house arrest, awaiting a fast-track trial.
Arrest upheld, but suspect released
On November 29, the Tivoli Court Judge validated the arrest but ordered the suspect’s immediate release.
