Naples, July 18, 2024 – A-Zeta, an independent group leading in data intelligence and specializing in credit management and recovery, has achieved gender equality certification from Dasa-Rägister S.p.A., in accordance with UNI/PdR 125:2022 standard. This milestone makes A-Zeta one of the first Italian operators in the sector to receive this recognition.
The certification, valid for three years and subject to annual monitoring, assesses company culture, strategy, pay equity, and human resources governance in relation to gender. Currently, 41% of A-Zeta’s approximately 200 employees are women, with 20% of them in leadership roles.

The certification is the result of a thorough evaluation of A-Zeta’s measures to ensure gender equality, including the provision of investigative intelligence services, infoproviding, insurance fraud prevention, credit servicing, credit management and recovery, payment plan management, and legal credit recovery.

Gender equality certification has seen rapid growth in Italy, becoming a fundamental tool for developing social policies. In 2023, over 1,800 companies obtained this certification, surpassing the target of 800 set by the PNRR by 2026. Certified sites in Italy have risen to 7,928, with an additional 460 foreign sites.
