In Montaquila, in the province of Isernia, the Carabinieri of the local Command Station and the Operational and Mobile Unit arrested a 29-year-old red-handed. During a patrol against property crimes, the officers noticed a man leaving a shopping mall parking lot in a stolen van, speeding onto the Statale 85 Venafrana.
