Earthquake Haiti, no Italian among victims

Haiti brought to its knees by an earthquake. The ground was shaking, according to data reported by seismographs of the National Institute of Geophysics and Volcanology (INGV) at 22:53:09 Italian on the 12th January, a magnitude 7 quake, depth of 10 km. The epicenter of the earthquake is about 15 km south-west of Port-Au-Prince, Haiti, 140 miles east of Les Cayes, Haiti, and about 145 km west-northwest of Barahona, Dominican Republic.
